INNOVATION AND DESIGN

FINISHING AND CUSTOMIZATION
We have a paint tunnel at our facilities to perform all processes: Pre-treatment (mechanical cleaning, degreasing/dephosphating and washing), primer, drying and painting. Non-stick treatment which reduces waste odors by 40%.
We use electrostatically-applied high-quality polyester epoxy paint at 220℃ for 20 minutes for the entire container, including the inside.
UV-protection paint. Prevents discoloration due to bad weather conditions and sun exposure. Additionally, the container can be painted on the outside with anti-graffiti paint, and with non-stick paint on the inside.
A myriad of possibilities with a single objective: to offer a high degree of customization through the RAL color chart.

Made from 1.5 mm thick galvanized steel sheets, 100% customizable according to the waste or the customer’s requirements. Available for all kinds of waste.
PLASTIC
Made by rotational molding (Duraflex), they are oscillating and have ribs for greater resistance, with a handle for easy opening. The container lid has
two hinges. Gas piston-activated progressive closure of the lid. Available for all kinds of waste.
PLASTIC (LID IN LID)
The plastic lid may have a central circular overlid to better deposit waste without having to lift the main lid.
